Cancellations & Rescheduling

Reschedule once without charge if 7+ days' notice. Cancellations <7 days: deposit forfeited. FrameCraft may reschedule for weather, technical issues, or emergencies.

Refunds

Deposits non-refundable once booking is confirmed; refunds issued only if FrameCraft cancels or fails to deliver agreed scope; no refunds after final delivery.
